Die Luftfeuchte In New Orleans Ist Hoch

In New Orleans, it is humid enough for moss and ferns to grow right in the cracks of walls. At first I thought it was some local gardening habit to beautify old walls, but these ferns are often two or three stories high in the middle of an empty wall. Either there are some really dedicated gardeners or itβs the wind.
There are a lot of plants growing right on the street, that we cold Midwestern/German folk only know as house plants. The βmaters probably grow here all year long.
